Handmade Glass Shabbat Platter.
Artist: Andreas Meyer. Highly artistic, this
food platter is oval, 0.25cm/0.1" thick
and very sturdy. The glass is clear with a
textured bottom that can be seen from a top
view. The top surface is smooth to slightly
bumpy. The border of this item is colored
in blues, red, green and white while the center
has two Chamsot and two Shabbat candlesticks
framing the word "Shabbat." Around
the center picture is the commandment to remember
the Shabbat. The handles appear as the glass
edges rise so as not to break the flow of
the platter as one continuous piece of glass.
